DISPATCH
Orders received are fulfilled each Friday. Cut off time is 4pm, if missed this will roll over to the next Friday.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Once orders are fulfilled, they are dispatched with Auspost + Sendle Couriers in most instances.
Melbourne metro - From the fulfilment date, you can expect your delivery within 1 to 2 business days
Capital cities and surrounds - From the fulfilment date, you can expect your delivery within 1 to 3 business days
Regional areas - From the fulfilment date, you can expect your delivery within 2 to 6 business days
Please note that parcels shipped to remote areas may take additional days to deliver.
When your product is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a consignment number and tracking information.
